| Machinery products supplied new by Simcron, will come with a
12 months guarantee against defect materials and workmanship, from the invoice
date.
Second hand, refurbished machinery will carry a 3 months guarantee. Equipment installed or maintained during the guarantee period supplied by Simcron Food Machinery ltd may not be covered unless an authorised dealer has carried out the work. All equipment supplied by Simcron Food Machinery requires maintenance and care during the guarantee period, failure to carry this out or customer misuse will invalidate the product guarantee. All goods remain the property of Simcron Food Machinery until paid for in full. Vat is applicable as required. | ||||||
