The new electric professional gravity slicing machine is made completely in stainless steel and is resistant to saline agents, aggressive detergents, oxidization.
All parts are removable and separately washable by hand or in a commercial dish washer.
The inclination of the cutting surface and the innovative meat pressing arm allow a firm grip on the product. All delicate internal components are fully waterproof in order to avoid any possible oxidization.
