PRODUCT PROFILE FILL SEAL
It is a range of machines conceived for a high degree of personalization. Their main application is for packaging liquid and semi-thick products like as yoghurt, jam, honey, butter, margarine, spread cheese, cream, coffee-cream, fruit juice. They are also suitable for any kind of solid product as salami, meat and cheese either under vacuum or modified atmosphere (MAP). These machines are working by film roll and are able to perform the operations of thermoforming, filling (when necessary), sealing and cutting.

       
 

      

         

            

FILL SEAL 2000
It is a 10-line machine able to work 20.000 pieces per hour; in the best working conditions it can even achieve an output of 24.000 pieces per hour.

Conceived to automatically fill and seal dairy products and adaptable to every kind of liquid and doughy products, it is suitable for medium and large outputs and is completely made of high quality materials (the filler is made of stainless steel AISI 316). All the main functions of the machine, except the sealing that is pneumatic, are mechanic , thus granting a high precision in working and a remarkable easiness in usage and maintenance.

The machine functions are electronically controlled by a microprocessor connected to an industrial PC which allows the machine to perform all the operations with the highest precision and a total control.

All the in-line FILL SEAL models are available in the following versions:

  • BASE: It is the complete machine equipped with loading and ejection units.
  • SANITIZED: It is the BASE version but equipped with sanitizing treatment of cups and covers. The sanitizing process is performed by means of jests of steam.
  • ASEPTIC: it is the BASE version equipped with treatment for cups and lids performed by hydrogen peroxide. The whole working surface is covered by proper protections that allows to keep the machine in sterilized air overpressure.

 FILL SEAL L4
This machine has been manufactured to satisfy requests of important productions, up to 10.000 pieces per hour. It can be easily customized in its configuration, by adding optional station, if necessary.

The standard model is suitable for packaging liquid and doughy products, which can also contain small solid parts ( for example fruit pieces up to 1 cm3, such as yogurt, cheese, milk, jam, honey, sauces, etc. By changing the filling system, is it possible to also package products like margarine, butter, ice-cream, etc...

The L4 model is an in-line filling/sealing machine, competely automatic, able to package 4 containers per cycle. The machine is totally made of stainless steel and aluminium treated with chemical nickel, to be used in damp environments.

The cleaning and maintenance operations are very simple.

It's a solid machine, compact and able to guarantee a high capacity and its working is controlled by PLC and the main movements are mechanical.

The machine can work pre-formed containers made of PS, PET, PP, aluminium and coupled cardboard.

The standard model can use pre-cut lids made of aluminium and coupled paper.

The FS L4 Film version is able to use lidding film coming from a reel, which has to be compatible with the containers.

 FILL SEAL 8000
The FILL SEAL 8000 is a mechanically-acted rotary fill/seal machine equipped with an eight-station turntable.

This model is fully automatic and is designed to pack a range of liquid and viscous products into preformed containers made from PS, PET, PP, and aluminium or coupled cardboard. The containers are then sealed with compatible pre-cut lids. Typical
products packed on the FS 8000 include yogurt, cheese, milk, margarine, butter, jam, honey, sauces, soups. The machine is
completely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium and is IP65 rated. It is able to achieve an output up to 8000 pieces per hour, working 4 containers per cycle.

In spite of its compact size the machine can achieve a high output, thus
keeping the best quality features of ILPRA tradition.
- The main movements are mechanical and controlled by a microprocessor. The speed is electronically regulated by an inverter. The cleaning and maintenance operations are very simple.
- The machine can be customized by incorporating several options, such as:
CIP (cleaning in place), Snap-on-lid system, DOSATRONIC version that has automatic calibration and adjustment of the doser, Laminar flow cap with filtered positive air-flow, Insulated and heated hoppers.

 FILL SEAL 6000 TRONIC

The ILPRA Fill Seal 6000 TRONIC is a machine equipped with a turntable suitable for automatic filling and packaging liquid and doughy products. It is particularly suitable for medium production and totally made of noble materials (the filler is made of stainless steel AISI 316). All the main functions of the machine, except for the sealing that is pneumatic - are mechanical, thus granting an high precision work and a remarkable easiness of use and maintenance.

The functions of the machine are electronically controlled by an ENCODER and a microprocessor that enables the machine to perform all the operations with the highest precision.

This model has the same features as the other Fill Seal machines, but can also:

  • automatically change the dosing quantity
  • to separately control the rotary table speed and the single units speed
  • it has got a control panel with PC and liquid crystal screen for a total control of the functions and a simple auto-diagnosis.

The FS 6000 TRONIC model is available in 2 versions: the standard one can work with pre-cut lids; the Film version works with film coming from a reel. In the latter case the machine can be equipped with a printed top web system to correctly place the printed film on the tray.

 FILL SEAL 4000
The ILPRA Fill Seal 4000 is an automatic filling/sealing machine with rotary table, able to package 2 containers per cycle. It is suitable for medium output (up to 4000 pieces per hour) and particularly versatile. The size change takes apporx. 20 minutes. It is suitable for those customers that need to work with different cup sizes.

The machine is completely made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium, that allows to use it in damp environments.

All the main drive is mechanic and the working is controlled by an ENCODER and a Siemens PLC, that grant the utmost precision of all operations.

The Fill Seal 4000 can be optionally equipped with the following options:

  • CIP doser (cleaning in place)
  • snap on lid, that denest 2 plastic covers per cycle and place them on the sealed cups
  • sealing by film coming from a reel (this system replaces the standard selaing by pre-cut lids)

This model is able to carry out up to 1500 cycles per hour, by packaging yogurt in 125 cc. containers. Obviously the output can change according to the characteristics of the products and the required filling capacity.

The FS 2000 model is available in 2 version: the standard one can work with pre-cut lids; the Film version works with film coming from a reel. In the latter case the machine can be equipped with a printed top web system to correctly place the printed film on the tray.

 FILL SEAL 1800
The Fill Seal 1800 is a filling/sealing machine equipped with an automatic turntable of 6 positions, suitable for production up to 1800 pieces per hour.

The machine is designed for packaging liquid and doughy products, such as yogurt, cheese, milk, margarine, butter, jam, honey, sauces, soups, etc… in pre-formed containers made of PS, PET, PP, aluminium and coupled cardboard.

The containers are thermo-sealed with aluminium or coupled paper pre-cutlids.

 FILL SEAL S.A
The semi-automatic ILPRA FILL SEAL mod. S.A. filler is the answer to the productive requirements of small dimensions relevant to products such as yoghurt, cream, cottage cheese, mascarpone cheese, melted cheese, honey, jam and fruit gelatine. It is able to use pre-formed cups made of plastic material or coupled paper with caps realized in aluminium or other suitable material. The sealing is carried out by thermo sealing.

The machine is realized according to the latest in-force safety standards, the doser and the sealing plate are pneumatically acted. The doser is expressly conceived to be easily and quick disassembled; the eventual size change is extremely quick and requires only few minutes.

The machine is formed by the following parts:

  • anodized aluminium structure, complete with control panel and guides, which allow the cup-carrier sliding.
  • One cup-carrier where the cup has to be inserted, complete with handle and pins to keep the aluminium lids in the right position.
  • One volumetric adjustable doser from 50 to 500 cc.
  • One sealing plate, electronically timed and thermo regulated, endowed with sealing shape according to the Customer's cup.

 SERIE OPTI
The OPTI range of machines are part of ILPRA FILL SEAL series. They are simple and practical machines, especially conceived by ILPRA experience to meet the packaging requirements of customers not being in need of sophisticated solutions. The size change is very easy and takes only few minutes.
 
OPTI 1000

It is a completely automatic model equipped with rotary table.

It has a friendly use and is able to achieve a good output. Being fully automatic, once started the working cycle the operator only has to feed with cups and aluminium lids the relevant destackers.

OPTI 700

It is a semi-automatic model equipped with rotary table at 6 working stations, which counts the cup destacker. the volumetric doser adjustable from 50 to 500cc. the lid destacker, the sealing station and the coding device.
the operator has to manually remove the sealed package from the rotary table. In order to carry out a new cycle he has to turn the rotary table and press the start button.

OPTI 300

It is a manual bench machine that allows for sealing of a cup with an aluminium pre-cut lid.

It is equipped with a small manual rotary table with 4 working stations, that allows for reducing the time necessary to perform the container loading/unloading operations.

It is equipped with a customized sealing plate pneumatically driven, 4 cup-carriers to lodge the cup and a control panel to electronically set the saling time and temperature.

OPTI 100

It is a manual bench model, able to seal a container by means of pre-cut aluminium lids. It is equipped with a customized sealing plate pneumatically driven, a cup-carrier to lodge the cup and a control panel to electronically set the sealing time and the temperature.
