FP BASIC MODEL PROFILE
The FP Basic model is a thermo sealing machine able to use various kinds
of pre-formed trays (PP,PET,PS, Aluminium, Coupled Carton etc.) combined
with suitable lidding materials (coming from a reel) thus offering a
good quality packaging like the automatic machines.It is entirely
made of stainless steel and anodised aluminium and therefore suitable to
work in damp environments (IP 44). It is timed and thermo regulated
electronically, all functions are controlled by means of a simple
control panel. The sealing/cutting mould is pneumatically acted, while
the film unwinding and the scraps, rewinding are mechanically driven.
The vacuum/gas version is equipped with a 21 Busch pump. An
electronic device to allows to control with a great precision the vacuum
degree and the gas compensation.
Depending on tray size it is possible to manufacture moulds able to
seal 2 trays per cycle.

FB ROTOBASIC MODEL
This machine is a bench model having the same general features as the
basic model, but equipped with a manual rotary table with two working
stations: that allows to carry out the loading and unloading operations
of the trays while in the second unit the sealing/cutting operation Inc
(vacuum/gas) are being performed.
Therefore the time necessary for a complete working cycle is reduced.
The moulds of this model are wholly compatible with the ones of the
basic model.

FP 400 MODEL PROFILE
This model is suitable for medium productions. It is particularly
versatile; the size change takes less than 5 minutes. The mass
production and the innovative building solutions allow us to offer a
semi automatic machine with a good output at a very low price. The FB400
is a machine designed to seal trays made of PP, PET, PS, aluminium, and
coupled cardboard by means of compatible film coming from a real or
pre-cut lids. The vacuum gas model allows to obtain vacuum-sealed, skin
and under modified atmosphere packs.
The control panel is extremely simple and equipped with keyboard and
display. The program is designed to make the usage easier and practical
to the operator. all the electrical connections are protected against
water (IP 55). The V/G model has a Busch 63 Pump.

This model 500R is suitable for sealing different kinds of trays (
plastic, aluminum, coupled cardboard ) by means of heatsealable/compatible
film coming from a real or pre cut lids. It is equipped with a manual

FB 800 MODEL PROFILE

FOODPACK BIGMEC
The FOOD PACK BIG MEC model is suitable for big productions.
The BIG MEC maintains the tradition of great innovations brought to the
thermo sealing machines.It is an
in-line machine designed to seal pre-formed trays made of PP, PET, PS
aluminium and coupled cardboard by means of sealable compatible film
coming from a reel or pre-cut lids. The version equipped with the
vacuum/gas system allows for vacuum-sealed under modified atmosphere
packs.
The machine is entirely made of
stainless steel and can be completely washed by jet of water (IP 65
Class).
The standard in-feed system is
composed of an in-continuous or step by step motorized conveyor which
feeds the trays to the sealing station. As an option the machine can be
equipped with a tray denester, making the feeding process automatic. It
is also possible to fit different types of automatic dosing systems. The
filled trays are placed under the sealing area by a "jaw" system. The
sealing mould is always customized (according to the samples supplied by
the customer) and carries out the sealing and cutting of the lidding
film on the trays.
This model is able to carry out about
1000 cycles per hour when working without Vacuum/Gas. By working with
moulds with many impressions, the actual output of the machine is
obtained multiplying this value by the number of impressions of the
mould. The output also depends on the materials (films and trays) chosen
by the customer.
By working under a controlled
atmosphere, the output level drops according to the time required for
the additional operations of vacuum creation and gas compensation.
The BIG MEC is a fully automatic
thermosealing machine, with a large sealing area, which allows for
moulds of many impressions, thus reaching very high output.
It is a mechanical machine, which
guarantees high working precision and allows for complete regulation of
all the machine functions, while keeping all maintenance work on the
machine to a minimum. It is designed to use innovative sealing moulds,
much lighter than moulds normally used on other machines. This makes the
size-change operation easier.
